Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or otherwise assign your Account or any funds within it to any third party. Bets placed on behalf of another person using your Account credentials are prohibited.

Real Money Funds in a Player's Account may be withdrawn at any time without restriction by any Bonus Funds wagering requirement, provided no active bonus lock applies.

All bets placed on ap99 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. ap99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet exceeds published maximum stake limits; the odds or market were published in error; the outcome of the event is known at the time the bet is placed; or there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or fraudulent activity.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet, per market, and per event are displayed within the relevant sportsbook or casino interface. ap99 may adjust these limits at any time and may apply individual account-level limits where warranted by a Player's betting patterns or risk profile.
